How should medical gas storage rooms containing more than 3000 cubic feet of compressed gas be ventilated?
NFPA 99 requires that a continuously running exhaust fan be provided and that the exhaust duct extend to within 12” off the floor; natural ventilation is not enough (without an electric exhaust fan).
