What issues could a TJC or CMS surveyor cite in electrical rooms and electrical closets?
Dust and/or trash & debris is a common one outside of your typical "electrical" concerns. Electrical panels without directories (faded or damaged) is another. Also, unsealed floor/ceiling penetrations.
