What life safety issues would apply to Sleep Centers?
TJC typically looks at “Sleep Centers” as business occupancies. TJC does not survey business occupancies for Life Safety Code® compliance. However, they would expect that any exits and paths of egress remain free and unobstructed and that any features of fire protection be properly maintained and functional.
