How many signatures are required on an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) document? And when do we need to perform an ICRA?
Although it is a good idea to have some sort of approval process, Joint Commission standards do not specify any signature requirements, let alone four. Use the policies and procedures that you’ve developed for any renovation, construction, or maintenance activities. You have to determine if certain maintenance activities will kick in your ICRA policies and procedures or not.
