Oxygen Storage

Is there a code that says there must be 5 feet between an oxygen cylinder and an ignition source?

I am not aware of a code that requires storage of oxygen cylinders to be more than 5 feet away from electrical switches/outlets.  For less than 300 CF, there are no limits.  For 300 to 3000 CF storage, there is a requirement to be at least 5 feet from combustible storage in fully sprinklered areas and 20 feet of separation in unsprinklered areas.  NFPA 99 permits electrical apparatuses to be “ordinary hazard” rated, indicating no special requirement, and to be mounted at a height of 60 inches for physical damage reasons.  Storage for gas with greater than 3000 CF has special requirements.
